Our Team

Jennie started in dentistry as a marketing coordinator. With an extensive background in digital marketing in both client facing roles and as part of an in-house marketing team at ad agencies in NYC, she spearheaded the rebranding of the practice from the previous owner’s name to Stunning Smiles of Las Vegas in 2014. After managing all aspects of marketing of the practice she moved to the business team in 2018 when there was a need for a scheduler/treatment coordinator. Jennie used her background in account management, service industry and client facing roles to build a relationship with the patients she interfaced with every day at the front desk and over the phone, which she loved immensely. Her role expanded to Director of Operations and then Office Manager, taking on a leadership position and was responsible for developing a fun and cohesive team culture at Stunning Smiles.

In 2020 she completed her fellowship with American Association of Dental Office Managers, earning a distinction that only a small percentage of office managers earn. In 2026, Jennie’s role has evolved into Practice Admin, overseeing all the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keeps the practice running smoothly.

Jennie enjoys working with her husband, Dr. Racanelli as they have a wonderful working relationship that is professional and supportive of each other. She enjoys supporting the team in giving excellent care to the patients and taking care of the admin tasks, so that Dr. Racanelli can have peace of mind and focus on what he loves – taking great care of his patients and giving them a Stunning Smile!

You’ll often find Jennie lifting weights in the gym, riding her Peloton bike and soaking up the sun at the pool when she has downtime. She enjoys time with her husband, their son Luca, and their cats – Mr. Kitty & Baby, both Russian Blues. She has been an avid collector of crystals for over 15 years and enjoys traveling to Mt. Shasta to meet with her friends and connect to nature and the night skies. She also has a healing practice where she works with crystals and practices somatic hypnotherapy with her own clients on the days she’s not in the office.

Michelle Chen earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from West Coast University and is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their smiles. She was drawn to dental hygiene because it allows her to combine patient care, education, and relationship-building while supporting overall health and long-term wellness. Michelle enjoys creating a calm, positive experience for patients during their visits and takes pride in helping them better understand their oral health and how it connects to their daily lives. She appreciates being part of the Stunning Smiles team and values the supportive environment and genuine care shared among both patients and staff, as well as Dr. Racanelli's commitment to high-quality dentistry and continued learning.

Michelle is motivated each day by the connections she builds with patients and the opportunity to help them feel more at ease in the dental setting. She finds fulfillment in educating patients, seeing their progress over time, and knowing she plays a meaningful role in improving both their confidence and well-being. Originally from Los Angeles, Michelle considers herself a beach girl at heart. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, staying active with hot Pilates, and spending time with her husband and children, appreciating the everyday moments of family life.

Lisa Nitkowski is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about helping patients understand how preventative dental care supports both their oral health and overall well-being. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing clinical education, patient-care training, and personal development in communication and wellness. Lisa chose dentistry because of its strong focus on prevention and patient education, and she enjoys helping patients feel more comfortable during their visits while building confidence in their smiles. At Stunning Smiles, she values being part of a team that works collaboratively to provide thoughtful, high-quality care and appreciates the practice's commitment to teamwork, kindness, and creating a positive experience for every patient.

One of Lisa's favorite parts of her role is building relationships with patients and meeting new people each day. She finds fulfillment in seeing patients leave feeling healthier, more confident, and genuinely cared for, and she is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Lisa has called Las Vegas home for the past 12 years, and outside the office she enjoys staying active, focusing on health and wellness, and spending time working on creative and entrepreneurial projects.

Denise Contreras brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry to her role as Treatment Coordinator, where she is known for her thoughtful communication, patient advocacy, and ability to guide individuals through their care with clarity and confidence. She believes patients feel most comfortable making decisions about their health when they feel respected, supported, and truly understood. Denise approaches every interaction with intention and compassion, taking the time to listen carefully, explain treatment clearly, and help patients feel at ease throughout their experience. Her role extends beyond coordination to building trust and ensuring each patient feels confident and informed every step of the way.

Outside the office, Denise values practices that help her stay grounded and present, which influences the calm and supportive environment she creates for patients each day. She believes that leading with awareness, patience, and respect allows her to better support people on their individual health journeys. Denise is also a proud mom to two boys and a devoted pom mom to Cookie. She strives to live and work with balance, purpose, and authenticity, bringing those same qualities into the care and connections she builds with patients.

Stephanie is often the friendly face welcoming patients when they arrive at Stunning Smiles. She brings five years of experience as a Dental Assistant to her role at the front desk, giving her a strong understanding of both the clinical and patient-care sides of dentistry. Stephanie enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visits, whether she is coordinating appointments, answering questions, or assisting the team wherever needed. She finds dentistry especially rewarding because it allows her to make a meaningful difference in people's experiences while being part of a team that is truly dedicated to patient-centered care.

Stephanie values the positive, collaborative environment at Stunning Smiles and enjoys coming to work each day alongside a team that is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog Mango, exploring local hiking trails, and expressing her creativity through drawing.

Brittney, known by many patients as Britt, is a Certified Dental Assistant who has loved dentistry since she was a child. Her early interest in the field naturally grew into a career where she now supports patients throughout their visits with skill, attention to detail, and genuine care. Britt enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment and takes pride in being part of the process that helps them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. She especially values working alongside Dr. Racanelli, whose thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care inspire the entire team.

As a Las Vegas native, Britt is proud to serve the community she has always called home. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping patients move closer to the smiles they deserve and enjoys being part of a team that prioritizes quality care and strong relationships. Outside the office, Britt loves spending time with her two nieces as their fun and devoted aunt and brings her upbeat personality to everything she does—including her appreciation for classic Jersey Shore and SpongeBob references that keep the team smiling.
